The process below may look long, but the video above is actually closer to how it feels in real life. Sewing with Fitted means the responsibility for fulfilling the order lies with you and Fitted jointly. So you must be good at following repeatable processes to do well.
There are 10 stages of every order. The colors below represent FITTED RESPONSIBILITY and TAILOR RESPONSIBILITY

Fabric procured | Fabric picked up | Fitting Specialist from Fitted | Fitted purchases from the closest approved Fabric Seller to the tailor. You can recommend sellers for the platform and earn a referral fee |
Fabric dropped off | Fitting Specialist from Fitted | Fitted organizes for dispatch and drop off of the fabric with the tailor. Depending on how Fitted bought the fabric, you may be required to do a Quality Check on the fabric | |
Sewing starts | Indicate you are ready to start sewing by confirming you received fabric via USSD | You, the tailor | You will typically have 4 days to deliver an outfit, but we may offer express services too. Check our Service Speeds here. |
