1 In-person A Fitted staff or representative will come to your physical location and purchase fabric from you, seeing the fabric before they buy
2 Remotely Fitted will automatically alert you to the fabric need and buy from you without physical presence of a staff. You simply need to accept a call and deliver the Fitted request. A Fitting Specialist will usually have contacted you to confirm you have the exact fabric we require before you get the automatic call

In-person purchases

Fitted staff buys from physical shop

  1. A Fitted member of staff will approach you to purchase fabric
  2. They will add your details to our platform. The Fitted platform is integrated into all banks in Nigeria and you will be paid directly from our account via our platform
  3. 100% of the payment amount will be transferred to you instantly
  4. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a digital receipt by email and SMS
    1. Please note that if you are a first time seller, you will be added to the network of fabric sellers for Fitted. This means you will have all the benefits of a fabric seller going forward - including eligibility for remote purchases
    2. If you are a repeat seller to Fitted, this will count on your profile and be visible by you in your app

Remote purchase

Fitted purchases without staff present

  1. You’ll receive an IVF call and you will be given the option to accept or decline
  2. Follow the instruction to accept or decline. This is usually #1 to accept # 2 to decline
  3. After replying with #1 to accept the order, instant payment will be made to your account for the purchase of the fabric
  4. You will receive 80% part-payment of the value of the fabric
  5. Your 20% balance will be paid once fabric has been confirmed as authentic by the receiver which is our tailor
  6. Balance payment will be sent you when tailor confirm fabric quality

What if I don’t get a confirmation message?

You have a number of options if this happens:

  1. Report by USSD: You can report a bug directly to Fitted from your USSD line. This will create an immediate ticket for the technology team - this is the fastest way to resolve issues. Unfortunately, you can’t send screenshots via USSD so you will have to explain the issue in writing
