Fitted’s incentive system is designed to reward hardworking tailors who deliver excellent tailoring, on time. We believe designing this ecosystem will take stress out of the bulk of excellent tailors' lives, while providing a system through which aspiring tailors can improve their performance by increasing their accountability.

Note: We have paid out over N20 million to tailors for processing orders. Despite tailors making 81% more when sewing for fitted, tailors who abuse the platform and sew carelessly will be removed from being vetted tailors and may be in debt to replace fabric.
