Necessary steps in getting an order ready in Fitted.

  1. Order is placed on http://www.fitted.ng or via Instagram @fitted.ng (Do a follow up call to take order measurement as well as a clear picture of what the customer wants)
  2. Create documents containing the Style spec and style recommendation of customers
  3. Confirm with the customer (sending the document to the customer for confirmation)
  4. Customer makes payment
  5. Get measurements and impute on the OMS system, with style details
  6. Get the right fabric from the fabric seller to the vetted tailor
  7. The tailor gives feedback on fabric received (via USSD)
  8. The tailor rates on the fabrics and if it passes carry on with the job
  9. the tailor can request measurement via USSD, and a clear description of the design will be sent to the tailor via email
  10. tailor notifies Fitted once he's done with sewing (tailor updates order status via USSD)outfit in transit for QA (dispatch to the quality assessment officer)
  11. the quality assessment officer do a QA on the fabric as well as the neatness of the style and sewing, once it passes the QA, it's packaged, laundry, and sent to the customer
